Synthesis

Apex Molecular is a leading UK Chemistry CRO providing specialist chemistry services, including the synthesis of high potency warheads and payload compounds for use in Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

Development
& Scale Up

As projects progress along the development pipeline the quantities of material required for testing can change quickly. Often the initial synthesis of the target of interest was only executed on small milligrams scale and rapid scale up is required to deliver multigram quantities for further testing. Apex Molecular is well equipped and experienced in executing these rapid scale-up projects.

Every chemical synthesis has different challenges and Apex Molecular designs the bespoke project depending on the level of complexity utilising either a fee for service (FFS) or a research based full time equivalent (FTE) approach.

Through our partnership with NovaData Solutions we can provide access to and expertise in data informatics, computational chemistry and molecular modelling services for early phase drug discovery.

Toxins

A selection of DNA damaging HPAPI toxins and intermediates are available to purchase directly from Apex Molecular. These compounds are synthesised in our laboratories.

A selection of linkers and intermediates are available to purchase directly from Apex Molecular. These compounds are used in predominantly in the development of ADCs and are synthesised in our laboratories.

Controlled Substances

Apex Molecular Ltd operate with a Precursor and Controlled Drugs Licence, allowing us to synthesise and store all scheduled substances for use in research projects.
